4 AP regen creature for 35 points? What the hell? May be it is 2 AP recovery as an average agent?
I mean honestly with fate on board (read always) this creature can unleash 8/9 ranged attacks on regular basis, and unlike typical Dark Chesire they don’t have to bother about saving AP for dodges.
4 ap recovery with the option !
