Hi

Some of you know me from Infinity or Confrontation/Hybrid forums

This is my first Anima miniature, and as such I tried to experiment with some techinques, with uncertain results  Grin
I admit that I lost my hand for fantasy... Too much sci-fi, lately, hehehhe.. but I want to do best with the next one (Kronen?)

did anyone else get any problems putting her together?

more or less: yes.

I have to agree that, if you want to assemble all of the pieces, having at the same time consistent piece fitting and anatomy, this is a difficult piece.

That said, I see that the metal miniature's game sector is going in a very precise direction: complex works of arts, usually requiring some effort by the hobbist/painter. As opposed to simple, ready to use plastic figures for the non-hobbist consumer.

Ever since the coming out of the first Rackham figures, I progressively came to the conclusion that tools like putty, file, Dremel and techniques like filling, sanding and pinning were becoming more and more necessary to keep up with the complexity of the models the producers are pushing for.

I think that someone from Edge Entertainment or Anima Studio or whatever should contact Coolminiornot.com and ask them to add their brand name to the list of the searchable miniatures...

what do you think?  Wink
