There are Mushrooms availaible from Busch and from Wyrd Miniatures.

Look into train modelling, the company "Busch" is distributing a set for H0 (1:87) "Pilze und Farne" (Mushrooms and farns) or otherway round which works great. I used it on my Woodelves and I believe I tried it on Justina but ripped it off because it didn't work with her otherwise appearence.

Thats not my way of thinking. I have repainted some minitures several times because on my opinion they were good but the were not when showing them to friends. I get their critic and redo the mini. Then showing again, earning critic etc. Until the most of them say its good. But thats probably because I go to tournaments with my WHFB armys and am lately trying to get BestPaintedArmy (Nominated: 6 times, Won: 2 times within the last 9 tournaments) there. It is the target you are approaching. If you want it to paint it just for yourself (the way I will paint "Death" from Discworld - Microart Studios) or if you want to paint it so it gets a general positive remark.

Limited Editions have the additional boost of having something everybody else doesn't. Thats it. And I like it.

That is so damned true! I have an about 50% finished "Beloved of Sobek" from Crocodlie Games standing on my desk for about 2 years now and I can't just start it. I have no idea when he will be completed.

I had Dark Chesire on CMON but it only got a 5.6 so I was very disappointed because I would have thought that It would range somewhere near 6.5 or even something near 7 with proper photos. After that I decided not to publish photos there. I have these pics on 2 or 3 other forums and of course everybody at my local store can see them since I take all of them there every weekend for demo rounds or games against friends. I also like to show them to interested people
Next is Rayne, Veronica, Kujaku Hime, Alis Testarossa and in about 4 weeks, when my CMON packet hits me, The Black Lion and the LE Celia.

edit: It should be mentioned that the place where I play is only open on weekends Its a small chain of stores (plus online store of course), one is mainly for gaming, the other 2 or mainly for selling and have no vitrines.
