The paintjob looks great and I'll still get Marchosias sometime, but both minis just aren't what I hoped they would be.

I dunno, but perhaps you weren't realistic in your expectations? I mean, you can't make a mini that's always giving you its back...

But how cool would that be? ^^

Honestly, the only thing bugging me about Marchy-March is the hair. His hairstyle in the artwork just looks better. The hair on the miniature looks a bit too similar to the Type-005 with the long hair. I don't know if you know about Fabio Fitness, but that is exactly what I (have to) picture when I look at the Type and March with this long hair and muscles...

So yeah, if the designer just went with the hairstyle of the artwork it would be a must-have-now-immediately.

And with Kingsley, well, just look at his giant head, the man looks like a Q-Tip, ffs

See I didn't even like the artwork as it made him look like a pin knock-off of Lorenzo.  I guess they over shot both ways.

Hehehehehe now I have an irresistible urge to put a "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" tub at his feet... or maybe in one of his hands....

Image from Hokuwo

I have to say, I think this is the best Agent model yet.

Damn, that was sick. I was expecting a rather tame position, and not the Ninja Gaidan "I'm gonna stab you" look.

I approve.

Looks great! I'm surprised they already have a color scheme, I was sure they would do some more painting contests for the new agents, too.

Still, awesome mini, I'll definitely get one or two.

I like it!  I'd love to see some more angles of it.

Paintjob Kagemaru

I took the liberty to fix the link, which wasn't working.

Great paint job (and I'm sure there's even more detail than we can see right now) but I'm a little disappointed with the sculpt. With Kagemaru standing flatfooted (instead of perched) and without any kunai-ribbon things floating around him, the model lost a lot of the dynamics in the artwork. Still a good model just I was hoping for a bit more.  Undecided

I agree, its a good model, but its a bit disappointing that it doesn't feel dynamic at all. Then again, I guess we have the Shinobi model for crazy posses.

I agree that the flat-footed thing is a huge letdown. It's the same reason why I don't like the Legacy. Though Kagemaru shouldn't be that hard to convert

I'll agree the model is a bit bland, but we must have some less dynamic minis in order to have visual balance, IMHO.

It's pretty cool and all, it just can't compete with all the awesomeness of late. I'm still staring in amazement at my Al-Djinn (and wondering how the Fuuu am I to paint that!).
