My D&D group are too stingy to even TRY and play ANIMA, the DM says he'll go along with it if they will but there's jack all chance of that.

i saw on here that it is possible to play the game online. i really really want to play and would like to try maybe a 1-2 player campaign to help me learn the game.

I'd jump at the chance to join a PBP, since it looks as though my GM won't get to run the game for a while.

If no one else picks this up, I would be able to GM. However I need some more time to learn the rules more completely. I am running a live game where I live, so I will use that to get a better understanding of the rules.

Well I'd be able to GM I've had a lot of experience GMing for D&D and I'm currently doing one for Anima so I'd be willing to do it but I like a small group preferably a four party max but I'm flexible so if you want more I can adjust after all my current Anima campaign has a ten person party but my only free day is Sundays if that works. But I wouldn't mind getting more practice with the d100 system although it may be difficult for confirming die rolls but then that comes down to trust so I'd be willing to try online gming since it would be a new experience for me just Pm me if I'm offline or post on this thread.

Well I would be interested in joining this game, if you want to use http://www.myth-weavers.com/ for the forum to run this. You can put a code in the forum post that will roll a die for you and post it so people can't cheat.

hmm I checked it out and it doesn't have format for Anima games although the die rolling idea is nice but I trust people after all a true gamer isn't a true gamer if they lie about rolls besides fumbles are fun to deal with ^^ especially if they make an epic saving throw to save themselves so I think we could use this forum although again I like your idea

THANX GUYS!!! sorry it tooke me so long to reply >.< bin busy with a friend and had D&D today, that and i have Supanova tomorrow [hopefully] and a day session of a new D&D campaign on sunday NYA!!! lol

@Ryuuken42: it'd be great if you could GM a game online ^_^ we could go by email or if you have a specific forum in mind we can use that instead.

@DamienWolfe: it'd be great for you to join a session m8 ^_^ if Ryuuken42 can get a game going for us then it'd be awesum for you to come in.

@Ryuuken42: i rolled a pretty uba set of stats for a Tao character i while back (my stats are agi 10, con 10, dex 10, str 10, int 7, per 8, pow 8, wp 9) are you ok with me using these?

It doesn't have a format for the character sheets, however we can create a topic in the forum for character sheets, and can type them down in text format. Then use another topic for the actual game.

well I know but even if that was so what's to stop the player to keep re-rolling the die program until he gets a satisfying result? So no matter what it comes down to trust besides it would be easier on this forum to do the campaign and for character sheets just finish them if you know how and send them to me in a pm if not I can help with the character creation because I found an excel spreadsheet that all you have to do is plug in the information and it creates the character sheet although it's lacking ki and psychic abilities and advantages and disadvantages don't work on it and I think it's missing an equipment area

yeah I trust your rolling although I'd be a little skeptical if you had all tens ^^ but those will work and do you need help with character creation? and I think this forum would work because if we have questions we can ask and get answers real quick plus there are some new rules to be added from the web supplements and there are a few fan made things that are pretty cool...one is mine although it's incomplete...but for the online campaign we'll keep to the core book although the creatures are pretty limited so I'll have to make my own...oh the workload [takes about an hour to thoroughly create a creature...]

I'M BACK!!! SUPANOVA WAS AWESUM!!! haha i got pics of many cool costumes, bought some good art and anime, and even found a Hellsing anime themed D20 rulebook lol

ok so how do i go about making a character sheet i can send off to you? if you can email me a copy of that excell sheet, i'll write my character up, then i'll write up Ki abilities and the details of my Tao's martial arts on a word document.
