Don't sell yourself short. You do a lot of good work. It must be nice to have a team of 4 people painting together. It adds a nice level of variety and individuality to every model...plus it gets done 4 times as fast!

oh those figures remind me of the time back in the days when I could paint eyes on my minis.
sigh...
My eye sights gone south as my age became higher and now I can't concentrate on the eyes without my visions blurring :/

I usually have the light above and between the model and the camera, facing towards the model, but not directly pointing at it. Also, take a million pictures and choose your best one. Its like a living model shoot. They take like a hundred pictures to select the one that goes in the magazine ad.
