Honigkuchenwolf, I could kiss you. Zeru will be excited when he wakes up. Sucks that you went to bed just a little while ago, no? Yay for insomnia! Inhuman force.... O.o And you thought Hiro was bad with all his Throw attacks. LOL. Prometheum - Have you seen Albert Wesker in the new Marvel vs Capcom Trailer? This is his fighting style! As for the move its self, its a bit like a super version of Lorenzo's Duel Buster however, the charge is not likely to kill any 1 character and the 4" restriction means this move is only cost effective if the enemy is bunched up. On the other hand, with enough buffs and the right timing your likely to throw several characters around the table. Everlasting - This will be a most hated ability. Its partly balance by his low armor stat for a combat focused leader but still, this makes him a very resilient character if you can time the ability right and don't get Sealed or Paralyzed. Neokinesis - Ever dreamed of making a Faction team based on Neokinesis Magnus, heres your leader. Focus - +2 attack make a basic attack a respectable 8/6 and a charge 10/6. On the other hand, you can make one dodge def 12 and with sophia def 14. Thats VERY useful for keeping him alive. Now you might notice that Clover lacks any special attack that boost Att/Dam. The key to remember is that he can receive buffs that effect undead. Which means Promethea's Rebelio can effect him. Add in focus buff and his basic 2 ap attack becomes 10/6 with a optional throw + Focus to make it 10/6 and his Charge + focus a 12/6 + optional throw. There are many ways to boost this further. For example, you can add in Sohpia's Offensive Analysis + focus to make his basic attack 12/6 or his charge 14/6. You can add supernatural weapon on top of that and his Prometheum can be 3 charges at 15/6 + optional throws. Now how devastating does that sound? Hes certainly a leader that needs some careful planning to use to his full potential but the results can be devastating. The Plot Card: Elite Squadron will be used often since combined with Promethea's Rebelio you can give type 005's att 7 which is a decent amount of accuracy.

I've got really mixed filling about him. He certainly isn't bad but to call him good leader that would be a small abuse. He's got some nice stats but still - no solid Ki attack. Okey, he can be treated as undead and have a monstrous attack but..well. Trap him in combat with Samiel and he's usless. Okey, escape is succesfull when we use prometheum but still he's receiving a trike which can possibly even kill him or drop him to about half of his LP. He needs a lot of patience to use. Still the model is absolutely brilliant

Yeah, I know but still if you survive it or dodge succesfully (and I don't say it's easy when you can acchieve about 14/6 attack) well...he's screwed without fate clock or clock of cronos. Still, he's quite strong fighter, but in me personal opinion f.e. Alastor or Ophiel or Romeo make him look weak. Of course I'm thinking NORMAL LEADERS, not something like Legacy...it makes us all look puny

Honestly, this guy is worth every point he costs. The fact he doesn't have a Ki, Attack ability is not a problem when he can make an 8/6 attack with throw at 2 AP. This makes him unique among Leaders for having the better base attack compared to the rest of them at a low cost, which will allow him to dodge/save up AP for the next round. Superior Undead makes him have incredible synergy with his sister, as Hiro has pointed out. +2 Attack with Prometheum is worthy, 10/6 Charge that can hit 3 different targets, all with throw, and now we have another model aside from Erika and The Legacy that can send half the opposing team flying. His movement can even be sped up with her other buff, making him move at 10/14. Neokinesis is a nice touch as well, allowing him to get back up to full AP as quickly as possible. It is reactive like Dereck Shezard's version as well, which is amazing. To top it all off, he has 10 Defense with 18 LP and 1 Armor, that is quite durable imo, 10 Defense makes him hard to hit, and 18 LP is the highest of any normal character with that Defense score (except the Legacy, hence the "normal") Then you use Everlasting at the bottom of the round and have him back at full strength, even if he was at death's door. Yeah, glad I decided to collect Black Sun.

Zeru, your forgeting the Focus ability. For 1 attack each turn he can boost his att by +2. So with Prometha giving another +2 att, Clover can use a 2ap attack at 10/6 + throw or a 12/6 charge plus throw.
Yeah, Clovers attacks can get pretty crazy quickly.

I love it! Well, I cannot say very much, so you already done XD Ayeah, maybe he is more simple than other leaders, but his Prometheum is really incredible (I also thank about promethea-clover combo, Hiro ). and what about his "second life"? Hmm, now I think, Clover can be chosen to be an undead... so an incontrollable zombie could pass trough him with no problems...

That a good point, Clover can be used in an all undead team since he can count himself as undead and will therefore be ignored by any friendly out of control undead.

That was a little bit unexpected... but I've been dying to know players' thoughts about this profile for several months now. So... the long awaiting has come to an end Prometheum - Have you seen Albert Wesker in the new Marvel vs Capcom Trailer? This is his fighting style! Neokinesis - Ever dreamed of making a Faction team based on Neokinesis Magnus, heres your leader. Glad to hear that. That's exactly what we're aiming at when we're designing Clover: to reproduce Albert Wesker fighting style in an A:T table. Neokinesis was my own contribution, having two things in mind: a character with such fast fighting style should have Neokinesis in order to reinforce that idea. And the fact that the Neokinesis Magnus list idea had been wandering around for a while, so why don't give players a leader for that list? It worked Now you might notice that Clover lacks any special attack that boost Att/Dam. The key to remember is that he can receive buffs that effect undead. Absolutely, Superior Undead is probably one of his strongest abilities. Actually as both you and Karring realised before... That a good point, Clover can be used in an all undead team since he can count himself as undead and will therefore be ignored by any friendly out of control undead. That's from a gameplay's point of view. Fluffwise, Clover is the "solution" Delacroix family sends when a fatal accident happens in one of the multiple Black Sun's secret researching labs. As Clover is the one who can sneak through the out of control undead hordes infestating the zone and put at end to the situation returning everything to control. Aaaah the beauty of Anima. . You can add supernatural weapon on top of that and his Prometheum can be 3 charges at 15/6 + optional throws. Now how devastating does that sound?
Zeru, your forgeting the Focus ability. For 1 attack each turn he can boost his att by +2. So with Prometha giving another +2 att, Clover can use a 2ap attack at 10/6 + throw or a 12/6 charge plus throw. Not exactly. Keep in mind Focus gives +2 to a single Att/Def roll, once a turn. The Plot Card: Elite Squadron will be used often since combined with Promethea's Rebelio you can give type 005's att 7 which is a decent amount of accuracy.
Elite Squadron is a cool plot. There's so much play with Types 005. One of my favourite configurations has three Types 005. One Commander and two Assault versions. Combined with Elite squadron you have two 5/6 and one 4/3 for just 60 levels and you don't have to worry about uncontrollable. The +20 levels in modifications are paid thanks to "Dawn of the Dead" org adv. Now add Promethea and you have here a nice starting base, in just 100 levels, for a Black Sun 300 list One of my favourite configurations with Clover is: Clover 2 Raziel Archetypum wt/ dual Raxxor 3 Type 005 (2 Assault, 1 Comander) Promethea Bridget Setsuna Org Adv: Dawn of the Dead Adv: Elite Squadron + 20 levels in some more goodies. Lots of sinergestic interactions and combos with this list.

No, I didn't forget about it, I just didn't mention it by name, hence the +2 Attack with Prometheum. And the reason I mentioned 8/6 for a 2 AP attack. As Kagami mentioned, the +2 attack only applies to one of those Charges, but that is still really good, with a base of 8/6 without buffs, and one can become a 10/6, and all can cause throw. Add in Promethea and Sophia, then you have one round of pure pain. I have to admit, you guys did a great job capturing the "essence" of Wesker's fighting style. Good point as well on the whole "undead ignore undead" thing, that does make for a rather interesting "swarm" list, though we will have to see more Undead first. ----------- So, by Kagami's list, Bridget is a 40 point character. Which is good, because I was thinking of a similar list, but had no idea what to put in that last 40 point slot. Trying to come up with a list that contains Sophia, but the best I can come up with currently is: Advantage: Free Agents Clover Promethea x2 Raziel with Dual Raxxor + Indestructible. Tsubasa Sophia Primarily for + Attack bonuses on the Raziel and Clover's awesome Charge. The thought of 3x 12/6 Charge attacks + Throw is scary. Especially when one of them can go up to 14 with Focus. That said, one of the Clocks is most certainly necessary to not leave him open afterwords, Nephiros is another good option.

Badass.
Being a 8/6 with Throw is just BRUTAL. Sure he may be 70 points, but given his awesome abilities I'd say he's worth all of it.

Romeo is a pretty unfair comparison considering he is arguably the single best leader in the game (Yes, the Legacy is more of a powerhouse, but Romeo is a huge powerhouse with additional utility), but Clover is easily equal to if not superior to the other two. Yeah, he's not as armored as other leaders, but that's what Raziels are for.
