Isn't she a 2-card character though? (with Ghost Sygil) and so wouldn't this break the normal 2-cards per model standard? Not a bad thing, just seems unlikely I guess?

I doubt that Magus's Wand belong to Eve.
Frederick comes with the Cursed Weapon.

That's correct she is a two card character and doesn't come with a advantage card.
