Well, these are the Arbiters I'm aware of, as they appear in Gaïa v.I:

Aizen - Lv. 10 Male D'anjayni Assassin.
Alastor - Lv. 9 Male He-is-a-race-of-his-own Dark Paladin
Arkeid - Lv. 9 Female Sylvain Summoner Warrior.
Balthassar - Lv. 10 Male Human Summoner Warrior
Dandalion - Lv. 9 Male Human Mentalist Warrior
Kariagne - Lv. 10 Male Human Technicist
Raimi - Lv. 9 Male Human Sorcerer

So, unless it's an unmentioned Arbiter, they are retconing one of these to be an Ebudan woman, or he has some... extravagant... taste and figure, I don't know who the frak that is.

I have a question about the fluff.

Today I was browsing again the through the rulebook and I encountered a phrase that would change my views on some key church figures. The particular statement was " Lostaroth Marchosias is Saint Hazael's papa (sounds like a plot of a bad comedy).

Can someone explain me how "the guy who other high inquisitors imprison from time to time because he acts/is like a wild murderous beast" is the daughter of the cutest saint of them all. How is this even possible for him to have any romantic life....hell any private life apart from slaying and impaling on crosses random wissenshaft agents?

I hope Azriel isn't going with Nero to do some PSA about heretics for children.

Easy answer, he has a soft spot for hot shorties.

Inquisitors don't have to take any sort of celibacy vow that I know of. I see him like Xavier in the fact that he is a murderous beast to the enemies of the church but around the faithful he is just like everyone else (ok maybe not exactly like everyone else).  Just because you slaughter Elves and other mythical creatures doesn't make you incapable of love.

However that is mostly my view and speculation with no actual background to back it up

Hazael is rather special being the child of a High Inquisitor and a Saint. I assume that she takes more after her mother then her father.

That said, I see Marchosias as someone who is probably a demon to his enemies and a hero to his allies.

Are you sure Hazael's mother is a saint? Because Grey also belongs to Nathaniel and saint has little.

The Church seems to basically split up into two classes.  Mystics that fall into the Sainthood and Warriors that tend to all the other functions but make up almost all of the Inquisition faction.  Nathaniel is a faction and might include Saints as well as Warriors like Grey, it will interesting to see if Sara is a Saint as she is also part of this faction.  I'm guessing Nathaniel is a middle group in Church and might be composed of both Holy Soldier and Saints.  Also interesting where Luzbell fall into as well as she is a pure Mystic but more a support soldier. So there is a good chance Noel is a Saint if she has any supernatural powers and that is likely since they are mentioning her by name.

I wonder how do they deal with Macbeth. I mean, they have their girl club like "The three Musketeers" only all female and more people but then Macbeth shows up, super strong god's warrior from the heavens, probably they are hardly any competition together against such a colossus. I will be looking forward to Macbeth's story in the next rulebook. If anyone knows anything about Liliana story apart from the book please share or point where to look.

Well, from the tidbit we know of Macbeth, he was a knight who died protecting Lilian.

"Appointed by the Queen of Spades to destroy darkness no matter the form it takes, Macbeth is the newest of the Knights of Azriel. Just over a year ago his physical body was destroyed while protecting Lillian Virgil. Despite this, Macbeth’s spirit carries on as a large suit of armor manifesting quasi divine powers. Macbeth has put these powers and his dedication to the light at the service of the Girl Empress of Abel."

Her girls are her personal squad when she is in command, but in A:T they usually take people of her level or higher to form these groups.

Not sure what Organization she may be part of, but I like her choice in weaponry.  My guess is due to the Rose Theme she is a Wanderer from Daphne, like Cenette.

Also, for those who didn't notice, Wen-M has put up a poll regarding the "Lilian's girls" sketch on which character he should draw next in detail. My personal vote went to Gabriella.

Nice!  She is also the middle girl in the sneak peak shadow preview.  I'm also guessing a wanderer from Daphane.  Or one of the suspect agents of Selene.  

Oh and where is Wen-M poll again.  I'm a little torn between Aurolia, Gabriella or Tiffeni/Alicia (to see them hopefully in an action pose).
