I really doubt that Daphne resources can match resources of Empire or Azur. The same could be said for every other Organization in A:T, none of them can draw on the resources those two can. I just find Daphne as an Organization more believable then Selene. Daphne is one of the most resource abundant nations, hence why they can afford to have such nice armor.  The real problem is, much like Selene, their motivation to join in the struggle in A:T is quite minimal, they are quite far from everything that is going on.  |

I does look like armor previously seen worn by Jurgend artwork, just with a helmet. It might not even be a mecha but cyber-suits. Unlikely we would ever see this in A:T.
