Before everybody gets their panties in a twist, the Pig_soldier is telling me that the recharge 3 base is an errata and should be 2. That takes him down a few notches.

Here comes Anima: The Gear Wars.
Now it looks like Fate and gears like this makes other Wiss tactics obsolete. Recharge of 2AP means he is no longer OP but is still better imo than any other Agent. When upgraded he seams to be a bit stronger than some named characters. I mean
*Flight AND 8/12 movement for only +5lvl. Azur agent gets only 8/12 movement for same lvl. Ok, he got Damage Resistance and no advantages, but his other stats make up for the first one, and who put advantage cards under agents anyway?
 Hopefully card like that means appearance of new agents for rest of organisations.

I consider his armour and life booster a must. Damage acumulation is a huge disadvantage and anything with a ranged game worth a salr should nuke one per turn if not careful. Once he is arm 5 and life 22 he seems more capable and still lets you make him +2 dam and 3rd action.

Even with 2 AP he is still quite powerful even in melee though the AP Regen upgrade becomes more important.

With 5 Armour and 22 LP it is more like decent gear rather than agent.
