Has anyone played the anima videogame? Interesting plot points? News about who Celia actually is?

We already have a complete bio on Celia in the Miniature's book.

long story short, she was competing with Kali to be the Executioner of Selene when she bailed because she suddenly decided she didn't want to be an assassin anymore, met up with Lemures (a Wissenschaft agent) and his gang, fought in the breach of heavens with them, got knocked out, woke up in Lucanor's office, Lemures and the rest of her friends were nowhere to be found, she joins Wissenschaft because Lucanor said he would help her look for Lemures.

the game happens as soon as she leaves Selene. She was in search of who she really was because she cant remember her past. The game sheds some light into this, but otherwise it's more of a sidestory that doesn't have much importance to the telling of Gaia

I've read that, and it's far from complete. IT doesn't explain shit about her "double" power level, Lemures (Wiss agent? Didn't notice it!)or her role in the breach of heaven.

Ever get the feeling that a lot of this stuff was played out by the people who made Anima? 

And that Celia and some of the other characters were their characters?

Also the problem is that every time someone pulls such a combo he gets killed by some kind of Lazarus or such.

It's kind of a shame that the game is on the Wii for a number of reasons.  Wii attach rate is the lowest of the three consoles, for starters, secondly, the Wii Shop Channel sells less than any of the other main DD platforms, third, small press games like this sell much better on the PC than they do on the Wii.  Example: Cthulhu Saves the World and Breath of Death VII sold more from Steam in one week when they were ported to the PC than they did after being for sale an entire year on XBox Live Arcade.

It was a very poor decision to put this game on the Wii and not the PC.  The game doesn't even use motion controls.  I play it with the classic controller.

I was under the impression from her bio in the Anima Tactics book, that Lemures was less a Wissenschaft agent and more a freelance adventurer who often takes jobs from Wiss. Sort of like how Lagoon Company is freelance but often does work for Hotel Moscow in Black Lagoon.

Her double power level is pretty easy to explain, she was mentally and physically crushed by the loss of Lemures during the Breach of Heaven and can't get in the mindset to fight at her true power.

It's not as easy as to simply to allow it to be downloaded for pc. They would actually need to invest money to make a "port" of the game. This means they would need to invest money on programmers that rewite part of the games core in order for it to actually be runable on computer systems.

That would also be the reason why it came our for a consol in the first place (problalby): It is much easier (und thus cheaper) to make a game for a single consol instead for computer systems.

It is actually both easier and cheaper to make things for the PC.  With consoles, there is an upfront cost you have to pay to get access to developer materials, and then you have to pay licensing fees to have your game on that platform.  With the PC the upfront cost is 0, and you don't have to actually pay Steam anything just to sell your game through them (there are market fees that Steam subtracts from your sales, but the same fees exist for all other kinds of games including disc-based copies of games, and Steam is actually the service that charges the cheapest fee-per-sale out of all the different methods of publishing, well the popular ones anyway).

for several years now, most major titles have outsold PC ports of that title on the console by large amounts, which might lead people to initially believe "Console game = more sales than PC game" but when you start talking about low-hype indie downloadable titles, that stuff sells abysmally poor on the consoles, and deciding to release your game on a console platform is nothing more than a mistake indie developers make on their first few games until they realize indie publicity is much better on the PC platform.
