I just wanted to make sure that Innate Mystics affects Samael characters that are Warrior - Mystic.

That is all. ^_^

Yup and Mystic/Prowlers too like say Kagemaru.  Basically its like advantage cards.  If a character satisfy the requirement of all the aspects called for, in this case Mystics, then it allowed.  Same goes for Shadow Lords and prowlers.

Innate Mystics is an organization advantage for Samael. I believe it is -5 lvls for mystic characters when building a Samael list.
