That and Daggers  Roll Eyes

Besides, other than spells, ki techiques, and psychic powers, what gets over Damage 100 that easily? (Also I suppose Unarmed can reach that later on with the right martial art combos)  Tongue

Eh?  It just reduces the base damage (whatever it may be) by 30, doesn't it?

Eh?  It just reduces the base damage (whatever it may be) by 30, doesn't it?
Er... no. It makes you immune to attacks that have a Base Damage of 30 or less. There are separate powers that lower the Base Damage of attacks Smiley
