[Ape2020]

Okay I'm planning on ordering some Advantage Cards soon from Cipher Studio and asked if the characters packed in the Organizational Box Sets will be available in the new format.  I especially wanted one for Duncan Reid with his adjusted stats but also the others just to be consistent with the newer releases.  I got this little response back.

Any model that is in the faction box sets has been printed in the new layout, so you should be able to get them by ordering them off our web store. Please mention in the notes section of your order that you are looking for the new layout as a reminder for us.

Okay I bought my first batch of old characters printed in the new format and I must say the larger space for art is nice.  So I thought this would be a good place to report back the results.  Sadly this includes errors.

Hello, I'm still new to this game.

What is this "New Format" you guys are talking about? Is it updated/changed stats and info? Is it new graphical layout on the card too? Both?

If so, did they change the symbols for Attack, Damage, Defense, etc? For a demo game, I find that the symbols aren't very helpful. It would be nice if under the symbol it had text say "Defense" or "Armor" , etc. Even if its just really small.

Mostly it's just a new graphical layout for the cards (allowing room for a big image and/or more text). If you look on the Oracle and look through some of the card tabs you can see the difference. For example, the card shown for Dark Cheshire is old while Covel's is in the new format. Only a select few characters are receiving any actual changes to their stats/abilities (fixing errors on the original cards or in the case of Duncan Reid reflecting the update he received in the full rule book).

I noted Vayl because originally I was told all the units that came in the new Organizational Starter box sets were going to be in the new format.  So my original order included Vayl but was informed he is still only available in the old format.  As for Deadmoon you can get her in the new format but sadly with a mistake.

Added 18 more units, including some that are not from the Starter Sets, XII/Bael.  Sadly this includes 2 more errors Aoi/Rayne, but also some updates/extras Celia/Veronica.

Next update will likely come soon as I get the rest of the wanderer boxset and see if the dark/light units available in the new format.

On other hand, Harod in Saga III blister still have Saga I card.

Lizbeth so is all the stat and text right on Alastor?  I'm getting another batch of cards soon but not him.  I check first against the rulebook then if not there then the old card.

Small update adding Lizbeth data and a bunch of info about units that still have old stock.  This is a prelude to a much bigger update since the old stock update is just CS informing me that those characters are still in the old format and what cards would I like to replace them with.  I should have another update in a week with over two dozen more new cards.

Question would people like me to scan in the pics of the units set in the new format here or maybe the Oracle?
