I haven't been able to find the page that had the rule regarding the exchange of DP to MK in a 1:1 manner.

Its fantastic if all your abilities are predetermined and your an unstoppable ki machine... Unless of course someone shuts those powers down at which point you better just run run run

Also the problem is that every time someone pulls such a combo he gets killed by some kind of Lazarus or such.
