So I've recently purchased a set of the expansion books after borrowing the base book from a friend for a long while and I was wondering if there is any particular edition of the base book I am looking for, FFG currently doesn't have any in stock and Amazon has a few left with a publishing date of 2008 which matches the one my friend has; However I have heard something about there being a reprint or revision of the base book that has some corrections and modifications and I am definitely more interested in that rather than ordering an outdated version. Could someone help me out please?

There is 2 english copies out, there is the normal anima: beyond fantasy and another that may or may not have the revised subtittle. The only diffrence is the ladder removed some typos, all the rules and everything are the same. There is another base book the Core Exxet but it is not out in english and is unknown when and/or if it will be out.
