Hello, I was running my game and I used a Succubus out of those who walked amongst us, it used the drain life force power in a kiss but now I dont know when should the one kissed get back up? The power does not say, I would think when they got their presence back but I dont know how that "heals" or how some one would get it back.

In Dominus Exxet, there are rules for sacrificing life points. They are restored at a rate of 10/day. If you do not find any other rules, you could use that.

Are you saying they never get up then?

It's very possible that they don't return. The Medusa turning you to stone is permanent as well. You're likely stuck that way permanently until someone avenges you or they break the spell. Think Sleeping Beauty. Great story potential there.
There's also an off chance they just forgot to put that part in the book :|

The book says temporary. It's likely meant for the GM to eyeball it depending on the situation.

I'd go with the typical "returns at the rate of 5 per day" that gets used a lot in this system regarding penalties. Not the only one that gets used, as I've also seen 1 a day, 5 per hour, etc, but 5 per day just feels right to me for this.

everything that causes permanent damage is very explicit that it is permanent.
however, since, as you have stated "you have no presence" the rate at which your presence recovers is irrelevant, since dropping to 0 presence as a result of that power is instant and unavoidable death.

This is one of those situations where they actually state you cannot die from it: A passionate kiss has the same effects, but its negative consequences are much weaker; ... and the kiss will never cause death, only unconsciousness.
So as a guide I'd probably go with Arikail's suggestion but leaving them unconscious until they have 1/2 the presence back or something. Although I suddenly remembered that there seems to be nothing anywhere in the system for restoring presence so it's entirely up to the GM as to how to rule it.

If it's a flat 5 points per day, then high-level characters will take longer to recover. How about level x 5 per day?

Considering that you gain 5/level and start with 30, if you used this you would take 1 day to get back to (Max-25) and at level 5+ you would completely recover in 2 days. I do not think this is what they had in mind. Really, taking longer to heal when you have more to heal makes sense. Also, really, low presence has just as many advantages as disadvantages, as far as I know.

it is really really tough for high level characters to be seriously damaged by this attack. there is also a really good chance they will outright resist it. a Succubus is only a level 3 creature.

I was always annoyed when it took longer for tougher characters to heal than for weaker ones. That's actually why I perfer systems without HP/LP. I don't know why it would take a high-level character to recover from something like this than it would for a low-level character. It's not a major deal in this case, but if it came up, I'd probably try to whip up some math to make it either equal for all characters, or faster for high-level characters.
