Thank you gentlemen. I've made some improvements to Promethea, i'll take a new picture of her. Also waiting for the rest of the Black Sun gang to arrive (Kingsley, Arkham, Lynn and Type-009). Hopefully, when i do get them, will have time to paint them and post pics.

I think you definitely need to figure out a good photo setup. I am working on a lightbox. I have a mini tripod for my digital camera and have figured out the best settings for minis.
Ironically, my new cell phone has better resolution. No matter, my camera is already more than enough.

Truth is that the best camera i have available at the moment is that of my old (primitive compared with today's technology) cell phone. So don't feel bad about your pics Ape2020.  Here's another pic (sadly with the aforementioned cell phone, it was the best i could do) with the extra work on the skin. Due to the brightness of the pic, some skin tones are not visible but i hope you'll get the idea. The only thing i'm unhappy about her is her hair, i couldn't match the color with the one i had in mind. Perhaps i'll try again some time within next week.  |

Thats a decent pic. Honestly, I hate doing anything bigger than that, since it brings out all the flaws I can't normally see. A little more light might help, but then it might just wash out the colors. Looks good, though. |

Looks good, nice work. Its tough to get nice pics that show off the detail properly. Natural light is best and the camera has to have a good close-up "flower" setting to get the up close details to shine through. Once you figure out how to get good pics then all the pics will turn out good... Well not all of them, but you will be able to take 3 and one of the 3 will be excellent at least, lol. I like the bases as well. I can't wait to paint my minis up, I just got into anima tactics and I'm actually still waiting for a lot of minis to come in the post and can't wait to take the brush to them.
