My players have dice that about 70% of the time roll open rolls and have, many times over, gotten 3 open rolls in a single roll. I limited the open rolling to 3 bc they would have gone farther. I also limited there score to less then Inhuman if they dont have Inhumanity.

One of the players use a digital roller and I made him switch after he did that to many times (every single round of a combat). The others use real dice and they too are getting 3 open rolls.

I limited them off of the natura rules.

I don't know how to tell them to never use those dice again. They are 1-shooting creatures 2 levels higher then them, admittedly it was a creature with Damage resistance.

If you think they're playing with crooked dice, give them your own dice to play with. Or ask them if they really want to be seen cheating in a cooperative, creative game.

If it's just perception bias, then there's nothing you can do without looking unduly paranoid.

I'm fairly sure they are not cheating since they have been my players since i started DM, 2 years, and they are all really good friends.

Their dice weighted but so are many of mine, mine roll around the 50s and lower but i do have tons of dice. I have done some research and it is from the tumbling process used to get rid of the sharp edges left by the mold.

The local supplier is the only one who sells dice in the area and they refuse to sell cheating dice.

If you think they're playing with crooked dice, give them your own dice to play with.
I think I will do that if it continues next game

This is the real rule.

anyway, I doubt your players are using crooked dice.  They are either cheating by trying to manipulate the roll, or flat out lying about what the dice actually rolled, or, what I feel is most likely, they are just getting really lucky.

giving them your dice won't fix any of those problems.

if they are using handcrafted dice, though, those tend to be imperfect and can be weighted to roll in a certain way.  if they are using those dice, I strongly recommend making them switch to factory made dice, but since handcrafted dice are pretty expensive, I doubt this is the case.

If your research is watching gamescience videos then I would take them with a grain of salt.

your best hope in this situation is to make stronger and faster enemies for them to fight.  If you think your players are indeed cheating make is so that your enemies are just that much stronger.  After all it is very hard to cheat on a dice roll.

Haha. This solution never worked for me. Every time I think "they are too lucky/have a good tactics/etc so I have to make strong enemy for a challenge" when I put this opponent in action party starts to suffer from awful rolls, retarded tactical decisions, or other such stuff, so they have to retreat (lethality is quite low in our games).

You could have them fight someone with a crazy-high Élan of Eriol.

That could totally mess up their dice rolls.

Roll with it and have fun.  We have players really excited every time they score a critical, and having to roll whenever they take out an enemy to find out where the killing blow landed (the ladies are more bloodthirsty than the men).  We have one consistently lucky roller, one consistently unlucky roller, and one with wild swings on their luck, to balance the rest of the players.  Nobody has a problem with any of it, as it all comes together to make a great session.

If the party takes out their enemies too quickly for you, have some reinforcements show up. The rules certainly don't say the bad guys have to travel in a single clump, and they can certainly hear combat just like a party member could to come and help. If the party starts to get in trouble, the fact they took out so many to begin with could save them by the bad guys' morale breaking, and them running because they don't really know what shape the party is in.

If you truly believe shenanigans are going on, or simply as a consideration, remind the party that experience is based off of threat, so if the party has a really easy time, they won't be getting much of an award.  The rules don't say +X levels equals +Y experience: they give examples, but say to use the level of threat.  An easy combat is not much threat, even if everyone thought it might be, just as seeing heavily armored enemies doesn't mean they are capable enemies, though they certainly can look imposing.

Nobody is winning or losing in an RPG, so have fun with whatever you decide to do.
