If you have no modeling skills or you don't have table but you want to have some scenery on your table instead of the cooking book or CD's then Cardstock modeling is for you.

Here some photos from a cardstock model coming from http://worldworksgames.com/store/index.php?main_page=index

By the way dear Anima Studio, It would be great if you could deal special Anima Tactics scenery with worldworks

It looks good detailed, but I don't have a preference for cardboard scenery, i'd rather have some less detailed and a bit lesser nice self made terrainpiece on my gaming table.

The paintjob looks good, not perfect, but who can do that? She will be the first one that I shall paint when I have the Anima miniatures in my posession. Just the hair and the cloak and the miniature is finished. I'll post it when my miniature is done.

You're welcome :)it's a very clean and neat layer of paint on the model. Lets see if I can get to that level, But I plan to make it a bit more contrasting by using a layer of Bonewhite till just white on her.

That's indeed a nice solid paint job.  Don't be ashamed, post your minis!

As for Worldworks, while I'm not a fan of cardstock I've heard they make the best.  Some of their sets are truly fantastic.  That's the first time I've seen a combination of traditional modelling and cardstock though, but it came out very well.

I find that using foam core, or just insilation fome for ruined buildings gives it a less-flat look, and matches the substance of the figures more, to me it makes sense to make the scenery as 3-dimentional as the figures. however, it was executed well, and not too-shabby of a job on the figure, I would reccomend to use a less-flat colored cloak, start with someting a bit darker and drybrush or highlight it up. practice makes perfect.

I use WorldWorks stuff for most of my wargaming terrain. I picked up VillageWorks years ago and have been using it for WARMACHINE ever since.

I'm trying to decide for Anima if I want to go with CastleWorks or ArenaWorks for the demo table that my brother and I plan on building. I would like to see how much terrain affects game play before I go one way or the other.
