Yes! Now kindly ask FFG to step things up, before I lose what little patience I have left and order the Spanish edition just so I can drool on it.

I, too, am waffleing on the resolution front. I think it will be to loose some weight and get into better shape, but I'm unsure if I have the discipline and tenacity to pull (or drop) it off...and keep it that way.

Some sport usually helps in such matters...

Yes, but I hate sports. I don't even watch sports. I played football in High School, and hated it. I sort of like Volleyball, but it is difficult to organize a game of that her in the winter. I love weight lifting, and I wouldn't mind taking up cycleing...what I need is a work out partner.

Nevertheless, I think it's just a matter of finding something that fits with you. I have a friend who had to do sport on the doctor's orders, and he wasn't all that enthusiasthic either. But he took on martial arts (on my advice, mind you) and now he's happy as a clam.

mmm... a work out partner. I could use that, too ;-)

Ok, for clarification, I don't see Martial arts as a sport...in fact, in my last line of work, that was Job-skill related, believe it or not! But it isn't a bad idea, I just need to find a dojo in my area willing to accept an overweight, 30 year old student.

Oh, no problem with that. Students there are usually thankful to have a punching bag!

Jokes aside, I'd recommend WuShu, if you can find where. It's what I'm doing right now, and as far as I know is the most complete of martial arts. It doesn't require that you are extra strong, fast, or flexible. Rather than that, it slowly builds up all of those feats, as it feeds on all of them simultaneously. So you actually rely on -and play to- your strenghts, which makes it really varied to fight with every other fellow fighter.
My take on it, anyways.
