Okay here the saga continues with another scenario and this time its for multiple players, up to 4!  Oh and I have been improving my map making skills I hope it looks like it.  Grin

Now like always I am open to any questions, comments, or suggestions on how to improve this little scenario, even if I rarely seem to get any.

Title: Munera Sine Missione

Plot:
“What the hell were you thinking!  Picking a fight with those soldiers Mugen!”  Momoko shouted.

Bruised up Mugen from a corner of the cell moaned “Chill I still have a hangover from last night.  Anyways I could have taken those guys if that big one didn’t show up.”

“Challenging the local authorities is a foolish endeavor even an uncultured thug like you should know.” Gin scowled from the opposite corner.

“Spare me the sermons, especially when you were no help, passed out from just a few drinks along with Momoko...”

**********

“I don’t completely understand why were are here taking part in this practically pagan ritual?”  Caine questioned.  “Especially when we are suppose to be out hunting those witches and monsters.”

“Well if you could actually do your task you might not be here in need of proving your worth.” Azriel sneered  “Besides the Duchess is a great patron of the Church & you should be honored be provide her with such entertainment.”

“So this spectacle what these nobles call entertainment...”  Noelle whispered.

**********

“So is this really necessary?”  Shu asked.

“Afraid so.  The Duchess might be looking to grab power within the Empire.  This maybe the only way we can get close.”  Yuri replied.

“But if she is that dangerous why don’t we just arrest her?” Shu again spoke up.

“Well all we have is rumors and hearsay at the moment.” Duncan explained “Plus the Duchess has some powerful allies, especially in the Church…”

Forces:
Ki Rin forces may include other wanderers in their force up to a total of level 250.

The Hand of the Empress forces may also include light units in their forces up to a total of level 250.

Sine Nomine forces may only include other Church units up to a total level of 300.

May include a fourth group with no Church or Empire units with a force of 250 levels.

Battlefield:
At least 30” X 20”

Center with a shallow pool (hindering terrain half movement) taking up at least 2/3 of the arena.  Or about 10” radius.  Add four raised platforms anywhere on the battlefield with the Church (or sponsoring) player deciding.

Mark 11 doors around the battle field as shown with at least 6” apart from each other.

Deployment:
All units start off the battlefield and each must at least walk in from one of the doors of their claimed side during their first activation.

All units start off with maximum AP.

Note Church (or sponsoring side) automatically come in the two door side and for the first turn go last.

Note there is no Advance Deployment or Infiltration allowed in this scenario.

Special Rules:
Victory points are only gained from direct damage inflicted in battle.  Note no points are awarded from Doom or Poison state or any special skills or advantages that just remove a figure from the battlefield.

Sine Missione: Units can’t retreat off the battlefield and escape require a roll of 7 or higher..

Accolades of the Mob: At start of the Action Phase of each turn roll a die for each character that caused damaged the previous turn and add it to the amount of damage they caused.  If the total is 13 or higher the gain Lv 1 Haste, Heal, or Protection their choice.  If the character directly killed an unit, the previous turn they gain Lv 2 Haste, Heal, or Protection automatically.

Duration:
Until victory.

Victory Conditions:
Church (or sponsoring side) group determines victory conditions.
25VP, 50VP, or Sine Missione (all other groups eliminated)

Alternate Setup:
Replace the Ki Rin with any other team and follow the same build rules.

Replace the The Hand of the Empress with any legal 300 level group.

Replace the Sine Nomine with any other pure Organization ie no wanderers may be included and follow the same build rules.

May include a fourth group with no Church or Empire units with a force of 300 levels.

Randomly determine who the sponsor of the game and they start off with the same rules as the Church.

Custom forces:

Wow that is a really nice scenario, good job! I would like to give it a try some day. The characters you've crated are well balanced with cool abilities. Too bad there not made in real life. Keep up the good work! Grin
