Kai Nesbit is the CEO and El Presidente for life of Cipher Studios. After completing his industrial design degree at Western Washington University Kai relocated to the Seattle area to work for Sabertooth Games, putting himself on the path to one day being the driving force behind his own company, Cipher Studios. Joel Lehner heads up the department of getting things done at Cipher Studios. Chances are that Joel has personally handled any Anima Tactics model that you have assembled and painted the world over. Joel is also in charge of the volunteer program and most marketing and sales programs here at Cipher Studios. As you can see, people wear many hats at Cipher Studios.
