2 Questions for you Hell Dorado Vets

I'm looking to pick the game up at Gencon this year and I have two questions.

1. How many of what size bases are in the Immortals starter?  I'm looking to get my stuff put together at the con and would like to have some scenic bases ready to go.

2. Which factions will Andre de Montbard and Sha Ren Zhe work for?

1_ Originally one 5 cm. base and nine 3 cm. bases, but I think CS changes the starte box with less models. 
2_ They are Mercs, Sha Ren Zhe works for all factions (he's a Yanluowang and fit very well with Immortals ), Andrè is an Officier and work only with Mercs

I may add that Immortals are not the best faction for beginner. There're more complicated to handle than the other armies (and have a some additionnal rules).

Small bases:
2x Lemures
2x Paysans
Soul Carrier (basically a paysan)
Cheng Xiao-Chen
2x master of arms

medium bases
2x Sentinels

Large bases
Kuan Yin

The other box has two small based figures

Sentinels have 3 cm bases, or my starter is wrong

Hmm. Well, I got mine used so foul play is afoot. Looks like I'll have to change those bases.
