Nice sir. I am not fond of the grey cloth, but overall it looks really nice!

A bit of progress. I have put texture on all of my rocky terrain, hills, and lava pools.

My MDF Middle East kit arrived yesterday. Time to get started on my abandoned Saracen garrison. One of my favorite things about this kit is that during production the edges of the MDF pieces are have been scorched with flame -presumably to improve the finish. As an unintended consequence, when the kit is opened it smells like a campfire. Mmmm. Its much better than that chemical smell one gets from plastic and resin kits.

More progress on the Saracen garrison. I've replaced the MDF roof that came in the kit with one of my own making. I made the roof from lengths of balsa planks. The building has been assembled so that it can be removed, providing access to the interior. The front of the building three entrances and the rear has five. I've sealed up some of the entrances altogether and have partially sealed up others, making windows. I may add sills to the windows. The next step will be to use lightweight spackle to fill all of the gaps. After sanding the patched areas down smooth, I will apply spray texture to give the building a stucco/dried mud finish. The plastic sheet I used for the floor comes from GW's Warhammer Modular Movement Tray Set. The plastic door and trap door have been floating around in my bit box for a long time. I've lost track of their origin. They may have come from GW's Mordheim boxed set.
