I really hate the sunlight in this country. I had to wait for it to be slightly overcast to get rid of the horrid glare and overly dark shadows (and even now the pictures don't seem to do the 6 different tones in the skin justice Sad). Oh well, at least I've finaly got some picture to share eh? I tried taking soem indoors but my camera kept insisting on using the flash when it wasn't even dark so they didn't turn out very well. I still haven't worked out how to disable the flash and it's still really annoying.

Anyway, here's a rather nasty looking fellow. He certainly doesn't do things by halves if his armour is anything to go by. Oh, and he definitely isn't a space marine Tongue.

Looks really good!
He couldn't possibly be a SM, he's not weirdly proportioned enough Grin
If I could offer some feedback, some thin, coloured washes on the armour would take it to the next level. Browns on the areas oriented towards the ground and blues on areas facing the sky. It is a quick way to simulate the effect of reflected light for armour and it helps break up all the silver.

Trust me, it's washed already. Just washed out by the sunlight Sad.

The bright silver details are chaos black, then boltgun metal, chainmail, mithril silver & black ink inbetween the colour layers.

The darker parts are a chaos black undercoat, a two parts chaos black to one part boltgun metal base coat, a boltgun metal highlight then a wash of black ink.

That being said I keep thinking he's not quite finished yet and needs some finishing touches. I'm thinking dark mud stains on the bottom of the cloth but something dirty on the armour as wella s the dark oily greasy look might help. Thanks.

I like the reds, you didn't highlight much, just shaded it well. Good job.
As for the metal parts, it is ok, if I was to change/add something I would give armor some stronger blue/violet washes. You say that there are, but the sun is washed them so I have to assume it is ok.
We judge the pictures Smiley

The sunlight was good today so here's some better pictures wich give a much more accurate rendition of the actual colours. The only thing that's changed is the lighting Smiley.
