Sha Ren Ze

Hi all

I was hoping for a bit of clarification on Sha Ren Ze's order. We find the wording of the order a little ambiguous; after Sha Ren Ze uses the order, teleports into combat with a Blessed Warrior and immediately fights a combat with the Blessed Warrior, does he then get to activate fully (thus potentially fighting again?), or does the combat as part of the order count as his action that activation?

I'd say the teleport is his activation and the fighting at the end is part of it. Just seems like common sense to me but I haven't looke dat him in a while. Mercifuly nobody uses him in these parts.

The text of the order says that he can execute the order (teleport+combat) before declaring the actions of his activation.
In my opinion sha ren zhe may fight twice during his activation

Personally, I agree with Balgin, but the wording of the order leaves interpretation wide open.

Insignificant units are not considered when deter- mining which enemy unit has the lowest LP. The use of this order triggers a combat sequence when Sha ren Zhe appears in contact with the enemy unit. A unit engaged through the use of this order can’t use the Dodge ability. This order can only be used once per acti- vation, and may be used before choosing what action Sha ren Zhe will take during
his activation.

Oh. Passive. Not free. So it must occur inside his activation. If he fights twice then at least making it permanent command helps to balance it out so it doesn't happen every turn any more.

Hello, below the sequence for SRZ :

Sha Ren Ze activates.

Sha Ren Ze uses his order.

During the use of his order, He teleports in contact with an ennemy unit (the lowest lp one) and trigger an attack sequence when in contact.

After the uses of this order, SZR can declare the action he will take for the turn (Mêlee or attack for exemple) and then trigger a second attack sequence while his action, as usual.

Some remarks :
- SRZ can teleport himself in contact with two units if there is a material possibility : the lowest LP one and a second are at SZR-Base distance the one from the other. If he does, then the attack sequence triggered by the order CAN BE on the other unit than the one used to trigger the order.
- SZR can uses his order AFTER having made his action for the turn (as it is a passive order).

And yes it seams a very good ability, but the lowest LP unit is usually a trooper that will then be able to have a attack sequence against SZR... and this last could then be in the middle of the ennemy units.
Last thing : as a teleport unit, SZR cannot retreat... this can be dangerous if engaged by a fighter ennemy ;-)
