We ued these two last night. A question about if Sister Eloise is affected by the mourners aura when she deploys? If she spends the 3CMD option does she lose 3LP? Or does she spend them before she is deployed dn so immune as the aura applies the whole battlefield and she is not yet on it?

Very good question.
Eloise is "not placed on the battlefield" when using Apparition.
Range of the aura of spiritual vice is "the whole battlefield".

So hopefully for Eloise she won't be affected by the aura when using this specific order.
