Help on a Westerers force

Hi Last night my friend and I played a game between westerners and daemons. His force really struggled against my Daemons. Any advice on where this force could be improved?

His force was (AFAIR)

Francois Varagas
Aidan St James
2 Aquiebesiers
2 Dopplesoliders
Inquisitor
Sister Eloise
Swashbuckler.

For reference, in case I just got lucky and had a superb force, I had
Tsilla
Succubus
Infernal Ambassador
Daemon of Flesh
2 Damned Ones
Mourner
Daemon of Sloth
2 Daemon of Wrath

He should think about grenade... 
Sister Eloïse is a great unit, but not so much against demons (spiritual damage is kind of curse here).

i prefer the grenadier to the riflemen.
consider the idea to replace the inquisitor with Augustinus to boost the doppelsoldner

I thought the inquisitor was an officer. Perhaps you mean that named one, Alvarro or something. Either way I'd suggest swapping him for a missionary. The many aura's the missionary can provide work wonders for westerners, especialy when you've got that much troops on the table. I suppose he was hoping on using Vargas' self heal instead. Probably swap Eloise for a blade for hire or something similar.
